Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using the dashboard
Getting Started
After logging in, you'll automatically be taken to your dashboard. If you're assigned to a team, you'll see your team's information, record, and upcoming games. If you don't see a team assigned, contact an administrator to get assigned to a team.
If you don't see a team assigned, it means your SportsPress profile doesn't have a team assigned yet. Please contact a league administrator to assign you to a team. Once assigned, your dashboard will automatically show your team's information, games, and statistics.
Yes! The dashboard supports multiple team assignments. If you're assigned to multiple teams, you'll see all of them listed on your dashboard. The first team in your list is considered your primary team, and its record is displayed prominently.
Games & Events
Your upcoming games are displayed in the "Upcoming Games" section on your dashboard. You can navigate between different dates using the Previous/Next buttons. Games are organized by date, and you can see the date, time, and opponent for each game.
For games involving your team, you'll see a "Submit Score" button next to the game in the Upcoming Games section. Click it, enter the scores for each team, optionally upload a featured image, and submit. The score will be updated in the system and reflected in the standings.
Click the "🎮 Live Match" button in your dashboard header. Select the upcoming match from the dropdown, enter your stream link (Twitch username or full URL), add an optional message, and submit. This will create a blog post announcing your live match and redirect you to it.
Your past games are shown in the "Recent Team Games" section on your dashboard. This section displays your most recent games with scores, dates, and opponents. The count of games played is also shown in the stats overview at the top of your dashboard.
Standings & Statistics
Standings are sorted by: 1) Win percentage, 2) Head-to-head record (if teams are tied), 3) Point differential, and 4) Points scored. The standings automatically update when game scores are submitted and reflect the most current league statistics.
Your team's win-loss record is displayed in the dashboard header next to your team name. You can also find your team in the Standings table, which shows all teams ranked by their performance.
Reporting & Complaints
Click the "File Complaint" button in your dashboard header. Select the team you're complaining about, optionally link it to a related event, choose a reason (CPU Defense, DNP, Unsportmanlike/Bullying), provide a description, and optionally upload evidence (image/video). Complaints are sent to league administrators via Discord.
Click the "Injury Report" button in your dashboard header. Enter the player name, select the injury type (Minor, Moderate, Severe, or Season Ending), provide a description, optionally link it to a related event, and upload evidence if available. Injury reports are sent to league administrators for review.
You can upload images (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.) or videos (MP4, MOV, etc.) as evidence. The maximum file size is 25MB. Images will show a preview before submission, while videos will display the filename.
Stories & Blog
The Stories section displays the latest blog posts from the league. Posts published within the last 24 hours are marked with a "NEW" badge. You can scroll through the carousel using the navigation arrows or by swiping on mobile devices. Click any story card to read the full post.
